A fanlisting is a list of people from around the world who like something. In this case, it's Gelus, from the Death Note manga!

WARNING! Tiny, tiny spoilers for those who have not read volume 4 of the Death Note manga or seen the corresponding episode.

Gelus is a shinigami (death god) from the manga/anime Death Note. He fell in love with Misa Amane, and saved her life by writing the name of a man who was about to kill her in his Death Note. However, shinigami are not permitted to save lives; they exist only to take them. Thus, Gelus was turned to dust.
